Who we are
Opportunity Watch Co. LLC is a small, independent company in New Hampshire. We look for everyday problems that a well-made product can solve, then build the product and offer it to the people who need it. We'd rather make a few things people love than many things they forget.
Each product lives at its own address on this site, such as herobook.trynew.app. Some products open with a free list you can join before launch, so we hear from people before we make them. When a product is ready to sell, its page shows the full price and a secure checkout.
How buying works
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and show the full amount before you pay. Shipping in the US is included.
- We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout.
- We only charge you when you place an order. Joining a list before launch is free and needs no card.
Secure checkout
- Checkout is run by Stripe, a payment processor certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of card security.
- Your card number goes straight to Stripe. We never see or store it.
- Every page on this site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
Shipping and delivery
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Personalized products are made to order once you approve your preview. Each product page shows the expected ship date before you pay.
- Standard shipping with tracking is free. We email the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- If we can't ship within 30 days of the date we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations
- Changed your mind? Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund. Just email us.
Returns
- Because each personalized product is made for one person, we can't take it back once it has shipped just because you changed your mind.
- If it arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, and you don't need to send it back.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.
- These promises are in addition to your rights under the law.
Questions about a charge
- If a charge looks wrong, email us first. We reply within 2 business days and fix our mistakes quickly.
- You can always contact your card issuer too.
Some products offer a founding price before launch. Join the product's list and we hold that price for your first order when it opens. You pay nothing to join and can leave the list any time. There are no other discounts or trials right now.
